The first showpilot in years to come from their nation, their land has a troubled history involving cultural erasure & war as a consequence of globalization. While some wish to become isolated, Null wants to use celebrity culture to bring awareness & bridge the gap between their home and the rest of the world.
Though well meaning, their youthful naivete is still present through the unflappable, sage-like demeanor.
They are possibly picking a battle that is beyond their capability of handling.

Abilities
- Main weapons are chemical missiles which appear as thorns on Elysium's mane.
The exothermic reaction, triggered by the explosive force, causes crystals to form which can render other mechs immobile by jamming their joints, clogging weapons, or obscuring the pilot's vision. - These chemicals should be used with caution, the heat generated from the reaction can cause second degree burns (at worst) upon skin contact.
- The missiles can be detonated in the mech's body to crystallize itself and others in the surrounding area - in an organized tournament, this would lead to a draw.
Disadvantages
- Elysium is slow and the erratic movements required by the pilot (due to the motion sensing kinetic input) makes it unweildy. It does not perform well in close combat.
- Since the nation uses mechs as mass mausoleums for unidentified & neglected graves, there is a possibility Elysium is also haunted - leading to instances of it going berserk. This does not affect the pilot as the ritualistic facepaint they wear is said to protect them from spirits being harbored in the mech.

Zack Fisher[ Trusted Friend ]
Null's right hand man from the showpilot circuit, he was of the few who didn't seem too bothered (mostly) by their grim appearance. In a place where passive aggression and mind games run rampant, his down to earth, working class demeanor is a welcome change from the scenery.
Nyx[ Best Friend ]
Having known each other since youth, these two are often seen together like bread and butter, and are known to be up to some hijinks. Nyx is fascinated with the media culture outside of home, the fast pace of the tabloids especially keep them entertained - they are supportive of Null pursuing such a lofty goal.
Finn[ Rival ]
Their relationship is rocky, as Finn one of the several war veterans who exist in their village that feels strongly in favor of isolating the nation. Though they try to maintain some level of peace, it's hard to have them in the same room without the topic being brought up.
Void[ Acquaintence ]
This wallflower is elusive to catch in conversation, but when they do talk, they're able to get along despite clashing personalities. Ever since Null has become a showpilot though, the distance seems to only grow as Void hesitates to express their thoughts on the conflict at hand.
