napoleon is a cop, technically speaking! he is also a criminal. he is infiltrating so he can have an easier time getting revenge on the company Polyhedron and on Equinox-Solstice for their terrible acts, especially since they messed up his power to the point that using it physically hurts him and often draws blood.
