Seadove

Seadove was the runt from her clutch. Her body is small, and her wings are far too long for her build. As such, she's unable to properly fly. It's hard to take off, and frequent flapping wears her out. However, as she has gotten older, she has found out that she's much better at gliding for long distances, occasionally flapping her large wings to gain height. But for the most part, her movement is handled by her legs and her feather tipped tail.
