Ghalius

Smug, sly, snide, cunning, cruel and uncaring; Ghalius has a personality perfect to match his ghoulish outer appearance.
He sees honour and pride as useless, and believes the easiest way to get through life is to cheat and deceive; which he does quite well.
Nothing frightens him, but not so in any sort of heroic fashion, he believes he is above the concept of fear, and so chooses to instil fear in others.
He seems to be very knowledgeable, and loves to temp others with the promise of answers. He is an information dealer of sorts, and will only give answers if you give something precious in return.
He feasts upon the bodies of those who do not hold up their end of his deals.

If he finds an individual that peaks his interest he will follow them around for a while, silently stalking them to find out information, and use it to later hinder or blackmail said individual.
He never changes his mood, no matter the situation; he's always the same, rude buzzard.

He keeps a crudely crafted necklace of small bird skulls around his neck, he likes the irony that he too has a bird-shaped skull.
He also accessorizes his tail with his 'favourite feathers of the week'.

The skin on his body is tough and scaley, like a dragon, but the skin on his head and tail is wrinkly and bald, with tiny stiff hairs poking out in places.
The fluff around his neck is a dirty mess of thick feathers. After it rains, these feathers appear much softer.
His wings are not functional, the fingers act more as a second pair of arms, and the membrane is so thin you can see the veins.
The red spikes all over his body are very sharp, and obviously dig into his own skin at times.
His tail bones are slightly broken in some places, giving it a few kinks.

He has a scar across his beak from a misunderstanding with a gargoyle that was slightly too quick for him.

No one is sure how Ghalius came about, and his purpose in this world is not fully known.
Some believe he is a spy for a higher being of darkness, perhaps even death itself; to pass on information on certain individuals soon to join the afterlife.
Because of this belief most would turn tail at any sign of a bald tail or the sound of rattling skulls.
