General Design T.O.S

Usage

1. I do not mind if you use my designs in roleplays, but only if you are the owner. Ask the right owner if they are okay to let you RP using their characters.

3. Obviously, you are not allowed to claim any of my designs as your own if you did not get them legally. I will do anything I can to deprive you of the opportunity to be active on the site.

4. If you transfer to the wrong person/did not get their part of the character trade, try to solve it with the user you traded with. If there will be no result, I will try to help you somehow.

5. Surely, you are not allowed to "inspire" from my designs, steal them, make breeds of them, or do anything else using a design you did not buy yet. After purchase, it goes to your own risk.

Redesigning

1. You can redesign it as hard as you want, but it would be better to hold it close to my concept. 

2. If you did a hard redesign and claimed yourself as the author, I won't disagree. You need to upload the old concept image claiming me as the concept author.

Selling/Trading

1. As the author of the design, I do not hold you back from selling them. 

2. You surely can sell them any day after purchase, on any social site, and for any currency/price. 

3. You have no need to note me if I did not ask for it when transferred.

4. I do not have a blacklist, so you can exchange my designs with anyone you need.
