SO in short. Pipers dad is a secret agent, her mum died under mysterious and VERY tragic pool-related circumstances (the ladder just DISSAPEARED) about a year ago, and after her death she and her dad moved from that house into a new town. So she’s the new kid in school. She also has a black cat, with white paws and a pink collar called Lucy (Short for Lucifer) who she loves with her whole heart.
