Enthusiastic, perky, but not nice, and not innocent.
Time Bomb is the "sexy girl with the checkered flag" at the end of drag races out in the desert. She specifically is known for being extremely precise with her timing of laps, and keeping a timeboard of who has finished certain race routes the fastest. It's not like she's the focus of the races though, and most people don't know that much.
Most people have definitely not seen her little two room shack that is covered, wall to wall, in clocks. It's a nightmare of constant ticking and bonging on the hour. Not that all that sound tends to bother her much, being deaf in one ear and having weak hearing in the other. Most people don't bother to know her that well and that suits her just fine. She's seen how violent her contemporaries can get and they scare her more than anything for that. When a friend, Electric Gecko, claims her as part of The Tampers, it's only a protective measure and damn does it make her feel more comfortable.
He gives her a radio and The Tampers' personal frequency but every time he returns, it's broken, or dead, or something else. She can't... stand to hear the names of people Gecko knows who died or went missing. She doesn't want to think her friend would be on there some day and she'd have no one to talk to about it. It probably doesn't help that they're teasing-friends with benefits with a hefty side of mutual pining going on.
