= Backstory =

Tial was raised by Ckipocatli parents [Mr and Mrs Matactl] who decided to take care of the abandoned Zaw-afikh egg.  The whereabouts and state of the biological parents are unknown, as Zaw-afikh don't form family units. A few years later, when the technology permitted their infertile parents to have offspring artificially, they got a younger brother, Rayan Matactl.

= Personality =

Maru is highly intelligent and meticulous but has trouble forming attachments and opening up to anyone. Having faced species-based discrimination, they became deeply ashamed of who they are and put up a stern no-fun persona. Usually grumpy and easy to upset. With their few close friends, they're very fun and entertaining.

They avoid confrontation at all costs, preferring to run away or circumvent than face issues and problems. They're also embarrassed of their family, part of being embarrassed of themself.

= Natural Powers =

Like the rest of their species, Tial can stick their hands and feet to objects, crawl walls, and see perfectly in the dark with thermal vision.

= Super Powers =

In some versions of the character, used mainly for art with other friends OCs [sort of cross-overs], Marubah is a mentalist and has ferrokinesis. You can see the effect for this power in the images as well. It also causes nosebleeds.
