a small otter who lives on the outskirts of the cove he was born in. He lives on a lil island in a house he built (with the help of frens!) he usually has to sail in his lil boat to get to the town (he swims there in the summer and fall)

he somtimes visits home and brings stuff back for frens! (like pearls, shells and other pretty things)

(he's still a slight wip? kinda XD his design may change at some point or another! he also has more accessories then just the collar! in the future markings maaaaay change though i am unsure :3c)

btw the heart chest marking is optional, i think when their underwater it's probably visable due to their necklace (but generally the marking isn't nessarary like at all XD)
