Ivycloud is extremely determined to do what she needs to whether that's organizing the patrols and hunting parties for the day, helping around the camp or going on a secret mission. She also makes firm decisions and hardly changes it, such as her will to lead the clan one day or general things such as not swapping cats out for their duties. She's caring and loves her clan to death, however she wishes there wasn't conflict within the clan - with the new changes Owlstar made. She can be quite bossy, if something needs to be done, she'll ask someone to do it and may ask in a attitude if they don't do it right away depending on how important it is. She also hisses at cats that are walking too slow or if they take too long to do a task. She loves sarcasm, and she especially uses it on the younger cats since they can annoy her more than usual and she laughs at them for taking her sarcasm seriously. She does enjoy play fighting with the kits and apprentices, often jokingly calling them fleabrains - with a smile and soft hearted laughter behind her words - if they get a question about the clans history or trivial questions wrong, and swatting them with her soft plush paws. Even though she can seem to be mean to the younger cats, they still look up to her - after all she is Oakclan's deputy. She's feisty and always speaks her mind, no matter the backlash or appraise she may receive. However she may seem negative, but she can be quite lovable once you get to know her better.

Ivycloud was a stray cat, seperated from her family in a powerful storm, she had nowhere to go but to try and survive the harsh forests that layed beyond the comfort of the meadow and twolegplace. She was around 6 moons old when she arrived at the clan, a young spirited cat who loved to learn new things. She was intrigued in the way of the clans and had ask to join, they accepted her as one of their own. She was named Ivypaw, replacing her old name 'sage'. She was now a member of Oakclan and she enjoyed every second of it, except for the teasing from the 'clanborn' cats. At least it wasn't as bad as being a kittypet, she told herself to get through the day. With time, the other apprentices finally saw her as a member. She trained with them and became a warrior, Ivycloud. A few moons later, she was given an apprentice to train, Dawnpaw.
Ivycloud was a young warrior when she was announced as deputy. Owlstar, the new leader, trusted her more than anyone in these trying times. Some of the clan refused to follow her but with Ivycloud as deputy, some of them listen since they respect her. One day she wants to lead the clan to glory and newfound wisdom, one that doesn't have a civil war brewing. She knows some of the things that leopardclaw is starting, but not much to go on. She had always had a crush on Forestheart, ever since they were apprentices together, he was the only one that didn't make fun of her for not being clanborn. A little while after she was announced deputy, he had confessed his love to her. She felt over the moon with love but she strongly dislikes his constant flirting with other cats.
