-Vindictive and has a short fuse

-very stringent when it comes to following the law, VERY anti-chaos, thinks he's got the best idea on how to institute order.

-He likes to use the law to get what he wants (he's a rule whore)

-Loves shapeshifting, favored form to take is a female form of himself that he uses to bait unsuspecting men or as a way to garner sympathy. (alt female form could also be a wife or daughter or sister, I just hhhhhhhh magic)
