Ben

Ben is a classmate of Zoes and her best friend. Laid back and usually calm, he takes life at his own pace.
Usually softspoken and polite, people often confuse him for shy, but at his core, he is confident and hard to shake. Can keep a secret and won't laugh no matter what crazy things you talk to him about, but is fairly hard to motivate when it comes to taking action.

Ben is Asexual and outed. His parents are cool with it because they think it's just a phase, and he'll start developing 'a healthy interest in girls' once puberty hits him. This secretly bother Ben a lot, just like the advances of his classmates, which are often fairly taken by his deep voice and cool demeanor. Zoe's presence shoos them off, for which Ben is very thankful.
