Personality: The cautious type who over thinks things. He wants to take the route with the least amount of damage control and thinks that they should avoid conflict and hurting people at all costs. He's a bit of a pushover and can be easily swayed, but he doesn't stand for bullies and, if needed, won't shy away from getting his hands dirty when needed. He wants whats best but sometimes does the least helpful things in order to reach his goals in the mos preferred ways possible.

Story: Chih-hao and his twin sister, Yu-wen , were born and raised in Taiwan before being moved to Europe as young children They were orphaned quickly and had each other only to look after, rather than living in an orphanage they took to the streets and did what they could to survive, taking jobs from the unsatisfactory type in order to eat. When they got older, they took more and more dangerous tasks until one job almost cost them their lives. Wanting a change, Chih-hao convinced Yu-wen to join the Halycon colony, away from anyone who knows them for a chance to restart living and find a bright future. A bright future that ended up being 70 years frozen on the Hope, until they were saved by Phineus. Thinking they are wanted criminals, the siblings change their names into Able and Cain Hawthorne, posing as relatives and successors to the late Alex Hawthorne. Their plan, naturally, backfires as their reputation grows among the Halycon colonies. The Board, rather than apprehending and killing these seeming rebels, decide to act in a different note, by planting seeds of doubt in the most easily to influence of the two. (Note: Will update with more of Able's story once I play more of The Outer Worlds and have a chance to write more.)
