oh sorry to hear that^^ i’m not too sure what i can do though,, since it wasn’t the last owner who scammed you so the trade both me and them did was fair, maybe try reporting it to knite?
This is in no way cryptics fault, making them feel bad will not get you anywhere at all. It’s been almost a year, cryptic got the oc fairly and has no obligation to you. Stalking the oc and making new owners who were unaware feel bad is really shitty, cryptic litterally can’t do anything just let them enjoy their oc.
Edit: I’m not trying to be rude but at this point there’s literally no fair way for you to get this oc back, and stalking it surely isn’t good for your own mental health as well
It’s sucky that happened to you but it is in no way Cryptic’s fault and they have no obligation to you. Unfortunately they are not going to be returning your oc. If they mattered that much to you you should have bought or tried to get them back months before now, it has been months and it’s honestly kind of shitty to make someone whose very excited about owning an oc feel bad for something they had no part in. Sorry you were scammed but it’s not Cryptic’s responsibility. If you’re trying to guilt them into giving you the oc back it’s not going to work, just leave it be and let the oc be loved and cherished in someone else’s hands.

You transferred him in November of 2022. That is over at least SEVEN months ago. I’m sorry you were scammed but we all feel like your messages are awfully guilt-trippy. It wasn’t Cryptic’s fault and they don’t need to do anything they don’t want to, if they lose connect and wish to trade them they may, they were unaware of the scam when they were obtained and have gotten the oc rightfully, thus they can do what they want with it.
Adding onto this! (Aimed at Shark, not any of you guys dw!) I literally tried to work things out with you before but you did not respond to me until I traded Tommy off, and even then that wasn’t to try and work things out, you were angry because I had traded them off. I was completely down to try and find a way to give him back to you without feeling like it was unfair to me either. (I also traded for Tommy without knowledge of you being scammed, I traded several characters as well.) But you did not respond. You did not try to offer to get him back. I waited for over a week and got no response. I got Tommy fairly, then Cryptic got Tommy fairly. He is their oc now. As much as it sucks to be scammed the comments above are fully right. It is not Cryptic’s responsibility nor obligation to give Tommy back to you.
i noticed they have a fursuit, does that have to be traded with the character or can it be removed + it’s worth and left with current owner?^^
I actually do not have the fursuit!! It didn’t come with the character, it was made by a previous owner so I have no information about it I’m sorry!!
oh that’s okay! it’s in their worth log haha that’s why i asked, but i’m not actually interested in it so i wanted to check XD
