victor is an eccentric bioengineer, whose paranoia gets in the way of him reaching any real accomplishments with any actual industry. since he failed to get his dynamic robot concept off the ground after his college graduation in 1992, he spent the last 8 years with only the company of his assistant, marsya hewlett. with an utter determination to "save the world" from Y2K, he upgraded his robot with extraterrestrial organic material, producing what is now known as MAL.
