General Rules

A. Upon buying or commissioning a design from me - you are free to do pretty much anything you want with the design, and these rules are just here to help explain it all better for transparency!

B. With purchase of a design from me - whether it be a premade (adopt) or a custom commission you own all character rights but I own the rights to the original artwork itself. (This means you cannot profit off my original artwork) and may only sell it for what it was purchased for, UNLESS!! you add additional profit to the character by creating/commissioning art.

C. You can change the design HOWEVER you want. Species, colors, markings, body type, gender. All my designs are genderless by default - no matter how masculine or feminine they appear! You may change the design however you feel comfortable in doing so.

D. You may make SMALL edits / draw overs to the original art that came with the design (that I have created). Consider the original adopt art as a concept for you to mold however you wish, either by drawing over the art or redrawing it, Just make sure to give me proper credit!

E. You may trade, sell, or gift the design.
Please do not claim the design as your own work - but you may absolutely take credit for edits done to the design.

F.You may use the design in merch (such as stickers, keychains, prints, fursuits) (you can use my orignial art as the concept that would be bought to be made as a custom, or characters in comics, video games, etc (that may produce merch or profit). **I only ask that you please credit me - in the original sale listing or credits. This could be as simple as "character design originally by inxdica”

Ownership & Transfer

A. As stated in General Rules, you may trade, sell, gift, transfer the design.

B. I do not settle any future ownership disputes. This does NOT include an error 100% on my end - but between two separate people.

C. Co-ownership is absolutely allowed, and if anything encouraged!! Share with friends :)!

D. I highly suggest you sell the design for it's original value if it has no additional art value, However, I do NOT enforce any rules on the resell value of my adoptables. Just do what you think feels right and always be fair and mindful of other artists who may be against increased resale value - I personally just do not like unnecessary confrontation, so please don’t let something like this happen.

E. I also would only like to see traded designs only be traded out if you did not purchase them for any currency! , However it goes being said If you have an emergency, sell it if you need to.

F. I only revoke ownership of designs if I never receive original payment for them or I receive a chargeback through Paypal. I do not revoke designs for breaking any other rules / t.o.s, I may instead privately blacklist from future purchases.
