His Ram like horns (and top horns) can come apart in pieces and reconnect in different ways. They can also float apart and have his lethal black smoke holding them together in-between.
Top of head is all bone, there is nothing under his skull but Black smoke. His skull is never to be removed because it can't. It may float above his bottom jaw and release black smoke but it will never not be super close to him.
His black smoke can also form a mouth on his neck.
