Cendre Frost

When Cendre was still maintaining his status as a full-fledged healer and messenger angel, he was known as the most efficient of them all. He's also known for having a pretty face and a very gentlemanly nature.

Until one fateful night, during his mission, he stumbled upon a wounded man on earth. Being the kind person that he is, Cendre took care of the wound. It wasn't a one time thing, as the man appeared to be wounded everytime Cendre met him. The man claimed he gets into fights often and never explained any further. Still, from then on, Cendre came to check on him every now and then to help heal his wounds. They formed a soothing friendship, but Cendre never revealed his angel form and identity, and the mysterious man had his own secrets to keep.

With Cendre's flirty nature, that friendship turned into something more, and then turned into heated, passionate uncertainty. Meetings became more regular and more secretive. Fellow angels were aware of Cendre's suspicious routine, as well as his disheveled hair, clothes and marks on his pale neck that were carefully hidden. They carried out an investigation and found out about the affair. Cendre’s identity was revealed right there and then. But much to Cendre's horror, the man looked at him in disbelief, and then disgust, before revealing a demon tail and a pair of wings that were engulfed in Hell's fire. The demon fled, and Cendre was brought back to Heaven for his punishment.

The demon was revealed to be Incendius, one of the most high ranked demons sent to earth in a human disguise. With this information, Cendre was stripped off of his status and got sent to Earth. He was assigned to a be the caretaker of a child named Aquila, the mission is vaguely described as "Help Aquila find his happiness."

His journey was prolonged, as he met Aquila wandering in the forest, accompanied with his sister's ghost lingering around. Cendre took the child to a new village to start over, gave Aquila a new life in hopes that Aquila can regain happiness by leaving behind the past. Aquila changed his name to Magnolia to avoid being hunted down by the king. Cendre opened a flower shop with his plant-growing power. Things were going well, or so he thought, before Magnolia befriended a young magician, with an annoyingly flamboyant caretaker, who lead him to once again cross path with a certain demon.

• When asked about the relationship between him and Incendius, Cendre said he would rather die than speaking of "such vile memories".
• Cendre is like an overly protective brother to Magnolia.
• Though his last name is Frost, he doesn't possess any ice-related power.
• When first seeing Incendius again, Cendre rubbed his eyes, blinked, rubbed his eyes again and backed right out of the door.
• He's the most sarcastic when it comes to Astre and Incendius.
• His favorite color is Purple.
• In his angel form, his tears are golden.
• He likes yellow flowers because it reminds him of when things with Incendius weren’t so complicated.
• Thinks he doesn't deserve Incendius.
• Phantasmagoria: Cendre developed a hatred for fairytales after the Phantasmagoria arc.
• Phantasmagoria: Cendre always vomits after killing for soul drops.
