Coreah's mother and father divorced when she was young, and she grew up with her mother. When she was in middle school, her mother became ill and no longer was able to support her, and her dad took this as an opportunity to fight for custody. When Coreah's mom passed, she blamed him for her not being able to be with her mom during her final days, and became a moody, defiant, and rebellious handful of a teen.
In highschool, she began to explore pastel goth fashion, getting very into subcultures, where she ended up making friends with the other "weird" kids at school, the goth/emo Void Ghost and the emo/scene Nero. Coreah was a huge support for Void when they first came out and were having major dysphoric episodes. They dated for a short time, but neither of them were at a point in their lives to maintain a healthy relationship, so the ended up not talking for a few months at the end of that school year and over the summer, and agreed to just be friends when they saw each other at school again. Coreah and Nero have always butt heads because they both have very stubborn personalities, but Void keeps the peace between them as a mutual friend. Also one time the two of them messed around and it was awful and they vowed to never speak of it again.
Since highschool, Coreah has been absolutely sucking her father dry for his guilt money, going to a lead fashion school, going on international exchange programs all over, and starting her own online boutique.
While back at home, she meets Void's new friend Voluta, and becomes enamored. Voluta is very blunt and rarely speaks much, so it takes the two a long time to get close in person, but on Coreah's next trip she finds out Voluta is a poetic texter and an extremely good writer, and the two start dating when Coreah gets back.
