ABILITY Radio Star can manipulate electromagnetic waves at will. When Hendrix first manifested it, it only had two abilities: BLACKOUT and SPOTLIGHT. BLACKOUT completely halts the transmission of light waves within eyeshot of Hendrix, while SPOTLIGHT intensifies them to the point of being dazzling. As Hendrix ages and her connection with her stand strengthens, she's able to manipulate microwaves as well as brainwaves, abilities she rarely uses because of their devastating effect on the human body. | ||
