Mistress

• Used to be a government scientist, was used as the base consciousness for a war machine because Mother didn't like her
• Defeated by Saffire, nearly destroyed
• Lives in the abandoned ruins of the government facility with her girlfriend, Violet
• Incredibly protective of Violet
• Nearly unable to move, trying to teach Violet to repair both of them

Mistress is what became of Jada. Mother named her, as if they were the Mother of this facility, Jada was the mistress that would steal it all away. Mistress lacks an ability to act on her own, and is forced to attack and fight based on her programming. Mistress is brutal and unfeeling, and Jada has to watch it all, unable to do anything.
After years of sparring with the mistress, Saffire had memorized its attack patterns, and was able to disarm it long enough to pish it far down into the bowels of the facility, where Mistress lay badly broken.
By the time Mistress's systems had rebooted, the core subjects has escaped and the facility was abandoned. The only other being left was a small robot prototype called Violet, who was never finished, was discarded, and had to crawl along the floor to move. Violet repaired mistresses face, and mistress helped her create prosthetic legs. Mistress was no longer receiving orders from her programming, and was able to act semi-independent, albeit very glitchy. The two will rot down in the bowels of the facility together, unable to die a natural death, but not alone.
