I have little to no knowledge of the Star Wars series, so please forgive me if there are any lore-related mistakes :')
Mori is an Otolla Gungan who was cast out for being overly rebellious. His left haillu was torn in a fight.
Mori has always been an adventurous type, taking every opportunity he can to explore and study his environment. Stupidly courageous, he'll gladly go head-first into any potentially dangerous situation, and isn't the type to back down from a fight, unless he knows for sure it could lead to him getting killed.
Mori is hard-headed and rebellious, preferring to do things his way, and it's pretty hard to get him to change his mind once he's set it on a task or goal, whatever it may be.
When it comes to socializing, Mori is generally friendly and even has an aura of kindness to him. However, he can also be a bit snarky and rude, and will snap back if somebody angers him. He does make efforts to control his temper, though, and he's made at least a bit of an improvement over time.

-Speech mannerisms are unusually human-like for a Gungan, using much fewer Gunganese terms when speaking
