Design
Average size and shape with starfish on his tail and head. Or are they maybe real stars? Maybe both? Very mystic, noone knows. And like his mother and her ancestoers he's got a fish tank on his head.
Story
About
He takes classes in space and mystic related stuff. Probably going to leave the sea clan...
He got a major crush on Lilia from the Fairy clan as he once met her bathing in his sea territory. 
Since then he tries to learn everything about love poition making.
