Rinne is apart of the bee species that is only meant to work endlessly. His species are put on honey so they can work more efficiently.
On honey, Rinne acts dazed and confused, sometimes even nonsensical. Off honey, he is more quiet and doesn't like to interact with others. He is aware of what the honey is doing to him but chooses to ignore it, preferring his 'on-honey' state more.
