Kimie Hatori is just like any other girl except for one thing she is a descendant from the dragon lord, Hiroto Masutoro. Hiroto Masutoro is the most powerful and influential dragon lord in all the realms. While Hiroto is still alive today every one of his family members thinks he's dead, except for Kimie. At a young age, Hiroto and Kimie bonded in ways that were unknown to humans. Before Hiroto died (He is still alive) on each of Kimie's birthdays each year while both of them were in dragon form he would give her a special crystal (from one of the ancient dragon caves in the mountains) and attach it to her white tail. While in her dragon form the crystal would merge with her dragon tail and become one with her body. Soon after her 14th birthday after another crystal merged with her body her uncle Hiroto disappeared. At first, the thought of her Uncle dead made her cringe and cry. But one day while flew above a forest in her dragon form she felt something she hadn't felt in a while her uncle's presence. But as she continued to fly she felt dark presences closing in around him. Quickly she flew down to the ground and transformed into her human form. As she looked around all she could see was dark black spoke. As it cleared her uncle was gone. As she stood petrified she cried ghost tears as she covered her face with her pale hands. Soon after she transformed into her dragon form once more and flew fast toward the blue sky. As she floated in the air her tears continued to stream down her scales. As she slowly came upon a cloud she sluggishly floated toward the cloud and fell asleep on its soft marshmallow base. As hours ticked by Kimie slept peacefully on the puffy, white, cloud. She dreamed of her uncle coming home to her and giving her hugs and candy. But as she dreamed more and more she felt a light tapping on her subconsciousness and in her dream, she could see her uncle leaving as she was trying to chase him. As her eyes flickered open in her human form her heart stung with sharp pains. As she looked around she noticed she was back at home in her bed while beads of sweat trickled down her forehead. She carefully hobbled out of her bed. As she got closer and closer to the kitchen she could hear people talking. As she saw her family sitting at the table talking fiercely. She entered the kitchen to hear her feet pitter patter against the cold tile floor. As her family heard her enter into the room dead silence filled the air. Her family starred at her as they wondered "Did Kimie hear our conversation?" Each of them smiled as if nothing was wrong but clearly, something was up. Nashuri (Her mother) began to slowly walk toward her daughter and embrace her with a warm, light, hug. "How are you feeling dear?" She said calmly while looking into her daughter's bright eyes. "Better, but I still feel very tired." Kimie said shyly while looking at her bare toes. "Who brought me home?" Nashuri looked at Togoshi Suzuki (Kimie's fiancee since birth) "Oh, well thank you Togoshi for bringing me home." Kimie said once again shyly. "Of course." They stared into each other's eyes for a quick minute then Kimie turned as she whispered: "I'm going to go to my room." Her family stared at her silently as she headed for her room. "I'll go with you." Togoshi said in a calm, protective voice. He got up from his seat and soon stood next to Kimie as they walked to her room. Her family watched as the soon disappeared up the stairs. A few minutes passed before they once again continued their conversation. Kimie climbed into bed as Togoshi sat at the end of her bed watching with loving eyes. "Why are you staring at me?" Kimie said while hiding her face beneath the covers. As she felt the covers being pulled from her face she saw a flicker in Togoshi's eyes that she had never seen before. He lightly grabbed her hand and kissed it as he looked into her eyes and saw a flash of surprise. At once she blushed wildly and hid beneath the covers once again. "Togoshi?" she whispered quietly. "Yes, Kimie." Togoshi said with a small smile. "Do you love me?" Kimie said as she blushed underneath the covers. Silence filled the air as Kimie listened. Togoshi slowly pulled the covers once more from her hidden face. Before Kimie knew it Togoshi's lips were touching hers in a passionate kiss. Her eyes slowly closed as love filled the air around her. As Togoshi pulled away his lips from hers, he stared into her eyes with blush covering his face and a smile lifting his lips. "Does that answer your question?" Togoshi said boldly. "Y-Y-Yes." Kimie said while stuttering. He stood and headed for the door. "Sleep well, Kimie." Togoshi said while closing the door quietly. Kimie just watched as he closed the door to her room. Blush still covered Togoshi's face as he imagined the kiss he had just given Kimie, his heart raced as he remembered her warm embrace and soft, sweet, lips. Kimie stared at her bedroom door as no sound seeped from her. She carefully got up from her bed and touched the door Togoshi had just closed. Her heart raced at the thought of Togoshi's bold yet sweet kiss. She lifted her hand to the door as she touched the smooth wood. Her thoughts continued to imagine the kiss she was just given by her fiancee. Kimie leaned against the door and touched her cool lips as a daze came over her. Kimie walked to her bed and slipped underneath the pink rosy covers. Togoshi's handsome face entered into her mind as she fell asleep and dreamed of Togoshi's warm, gentle, embrace. Togoshi still stood behind the door that Kimie just left. He thought of Kimie sleeping in her pink bed. He touched the now cold door of wood as he sighed and pulled away from Kimie's room. He walked down the stairs and once again joined the group of people. ~WIP
