Design Terms of Use
Once the purchase has been confirmed, the owner has full rights regarding the use of the character design in question. The owner is permitted to upload the ref I will give to them onto their own accounts with credit as well. Reselling, redesigning, and trading are all fully permissible and do not require my permission or approval. Once paid, the character belongs to the customer. Drawing will be delivered digitally. Under no circumstances will refunds be given, and any unlawful chargebacks will be subject to a 100% fee on top of a base $25 charge in order to remunerate me for my time.
