"I wouldn't fall for someone I thought couldn't misbehave"
Jayden has always been one to follow the beat of her own drum. Her chraismatic nature means that others trail behind her in her pursuits, and even when she faces repurcussions at the hands of teachers or other authority, her quick witt and earnest spunk usually gets her off the hook. However, for all of her natural charm which thrives under the spotlight of others, when she's alone, Jayden can feel very insecure. She always keeps a group of people around her to keep her from thinking too long about unpleasnt things, and she's always scheming and planning a new, exciting adventure. Her carefree attitude can often come off to others as reckless and her need for freedom and new experience can come at the expense of the people around her. Nonetheless, she's a very caring and compassionate individual who wants the best for those around her.

Jayden always wantd her mother to stand up for herself more when she was younger. When Jayden's father would put her mother down, it was always Jayden who felt the need to stand up and defend her, but never the other way around. When Jayden first got accepted into Hollis her freshman year, she worried for her mother. When she returned the first year, however, she found that her mother had grown very cold to her. In the year following, Jayden sought to surround herself with a new family-- one she could choose.
Dominic and Jayden's realtionship is highly explosive. She used to resent her father for the way he treated her mother, and she would frequently confront him when he went on the offensive. As she got older, Jayden would try to avoid her father's presence as best she could, because the more Dominic saw of her, the more likely it would be that he would accuse or argue with her. Thankfully, Jayden often did not bear as much of the brunt of her father's agression on the account of her two older brothers who would frequently stand inbetween her and her father.
Jayden didn't get to know Jake as well as she got to know Arthur, because by the time Jayden and Jake could've had a connection, Jake was off to college. Nevertheless, Jayden has deep respect for Jake. Being the oldest sibling, Jake spent more time with her parents than she or Arthur, and according to Arthur, Jake taught him how to defend himself and protect others. Jayden recieved many of her clothes from Arthur, who also went to boarding school when he was younger.
Jayden and Arthur are very close to each other. Arthur is three years older than Jayden, but she has always seen him as something of a twin. This year will be the first that Arthur will not be at home as he, like Jake, will go off to college. Arthur taught Jayden how to be strong and how to use her quick thinking to get out of many a situation. Athur is the best sibling Jayden could ask for, even if he can be a little agressive at times.
