If you buy a design off me:

If a character is maked as a "Cannot be transferred for any reason" then you shouldn't be transferring them WITHOUT permission.

Do:

• Resell for the same price
• Trade it
• Gift it
• Change their gender
• Draw them in another form
• You are asked contact before regifting given away characters, this is no longer an ask this is a must.

Don't:

• Claim as your own design
• Buy with the only intention of selling it again
• Resell for IRL money if bought for in-game currency
• Resell in any way if gifted or traded
• Resell for more, unless you have bought/made more art for it
• Resell if gained without cost, this includes free adopts, draw to adopt.
• ATTACHING COMMISSIONS to free/gifted/traded characters to make a person buy a character, this is forcing a person to buy a commission to claim which is one morally bad on your behalf, but also abusing a "loop hole" to pass a TOS rules. If you want commissions that badly Advertise that you are doing them not try to claim them as a "Extra" or "add on"

If any of these rules are broken I reserve the right to blacklist/block you from ever buying from me again.
