Aric is a Storm Sorcerer, his magic is rumoured to have been descended from a possible elemental link, he was talented with magic but that brought the mages of Lolth's attention to him. He escaped the Underdark with the help of his brother, Fenrir. 

He is the younger brother of Fenrir.
