Lethe can remove memories from people by touching his thumb and forefinger to their forehead while they're unconscious. Removed memories look like golden threads. When he removes a memory, he can subtly suggest a replacement memory, but the mind automatically fills it in.
Threads can be reabsorbed by anyone. If the person who absorbed the thread (even Lethe) is touched by the person who originally owned it, they recover their memory. The person who absorbed it (even temporarily) will know about the memory though.
When under the effects of Scylla, Lethe can use their quirk on people who are conscious. They can also take larger amounts of memories at once. Scylla also gives them a birdlike monstrous mutation, and their extra hands can also pull memories.
Limitations: The removed memory is 10 minutes per meter of thread. Pulling too long a thread threatens to wake the person. Threads can only be absorbed, not destroyed. Once absorbed, only the original owner can take it back.
