1/31/17. Son of Sliverr and Graham. Salem's overall appearance is purely accidental, but has earned him the nickname of "Pirate" regardless. When he was little, his eye got infected and his parents didn't know what to do for him since he was their first. It ended up getting so bad that he lost sight in it, so he covers it with a patch. If he can't find it for whatever reason, bandages or a bandanna will do, too. Thanks to his parents being criminals on the run, Salem had to learn how to make his way around a crime scene at a young age and this resulted in him taking quite a few beatings from people who didn't really like what the little family was up to. Many a brawl has resulted in several lost teeth for him and, not willing to give them up, he's got gold (and maybe silver) replacements. His nose is somewhat crooked from being hit one too many times and he favors his right leg with a slight limp. The clothing he likes to wear just so happens to not help his case. Ears are perked and stuck pointing inwards. Later on, he lost his tail tip, the glass having been shattered. Despite all his side effects from his questionable childhood, Salem's an active, cheerful type of guy. He's come to terms with his odd stereotypical pirate-y-ness and has come to embrace it. He does not have Fermented Mentality and probably has a wife. Can do a small bit of water magic, which he maily just uses to flick people or show off with. Likes being around and goofing off with kids. Finds those toys (namely parrots) that record your voice and repeat it back, but higher pitched to be the funniest thing
