Doubt

A Shadow-like creature who has an appetite for his own kind. Goes by the name "Doubt" however no one knows his real name.

Backstory

Doubt comes from a world that experiences constant darkness- meaning there is no daylight. This is home to foul shape shifting beasts that lurk in the darkest corners. Said beasts (or as Hana calls them-Shadows) gain their form and abilities according to their diet, living beings such as humans being the most luxurious kind of food. During a certain incident, these shadows escaped their homeland and inhabited a human-populated world- Doubt being one of the first.

Unlike his own kind, Doubt does not degenerate from lack of flesh, and has the odd ability to eat other shadows and gaining whatever powers they harbor. He even finds the, much more tasteful and sees humans as miserable excuses for a meal.

Personality

Quite lazy and unmotivated unless it's for personal gains. Only then would he stir up commotion. He is very proud of his strong abilities and isn't afraid to show them off. He is impatient and likes to get over conflicts as soon as  possible, even when he is the one causing them. Despite not having any close friends or loved ones, he is very loyal and always keeps his word.

Relationships

Hana

 A human girl he pities. Promised to protect her from feral shadows while escorting her to her sister's place. He loves teasing, scaring, and humiliating her, however he always refuses her help.

Mio

A stranger he met at the train station.. She offered him coffee, thinking he was a lost alien. He finds her weird and eccentric and hopes to never see her again.

Red Rabbit

Some sort of babysitter. He is one of the two people he genuinely likes and goes to for help.

Kramast

One of the two people he genuinely likes, for some reason. Kramast feels uneasy around him.

Hazel

Doubt found her funny at first but after a few encounters (and chases) he has grown intimidated by the girl.

Current storyline

Doubt met Hana-a girl who can witness shadows- and promised to help her go to her sister's house whilst protecting her from harm. However his one condition was that she'd carry him on her back. This is why doubt takes form of a backpack. He does it for the fun of it.
