No gender - it/its or they/them pronouns (not that it really cares)
Literally just a mass of many, many writhing insects. Beneath these insects, there is a human body, but there's hardly anything left at this point - the bugs have eaten most of it, and what's left is just a shell they're piloting around
If the mask were to be removed, there would be no face, just a ball of insects
Geniculate antennae on head (resembles an ant, but not from any specific bug)
Big set of membranous wings on back (resembles a cicada, but not from any specific bug)
Carries a censer. Mr. Bird claims it burns a cleansing incense, but the green smoke smells of rotting flesh and wherever Mr. Bird goes, death follows
Can speak (slightly, distorted and muffled), though it's unsure whether it's the body that was once human talking or the bugs themselves
