Rowan

[WIP]

Rowan is a work-in-progress. So far all I'm really sure about is that he comes in late in the timeline when Apollo is really struggling and they hit it off. They spar sometimes and it might be a little gay. He and Rosie are mostly acquaintances although the few times they interact they get along pretty well.

I don't currently have much digital artwork of him as most of the stuff I've drawn with him is concept art inside my sketchbook

He's kinda short and stocky. Rosie and Apollo definitely aren't tall but he's still shorter than them (although humans tend to be taller on average than elves anyway)

Rowan is a wood elf raised by a community of mountain elves after his parents abandoned him for unknown reasons

Mountain elves rely on communal parenting

Mountain elves had to abandon their settlement because something (to be decided) was wrong with their mountain so they’re currently staying on the borders of the (largely) human town Apollo and Rosie live in

Mountain elves are a group of elves from mixed backgrounds and origins that come together to form semi-nomadic groups. Each member will bring influence with them from their own cultures. Because of this “mountain elf culture” can be extremely diverse especially across different regions 

Some are originally from the mountains however most are not and are 2nd or 3rd generation
