CLAIMING & PAYMENT

✦ Payment must be completed before transfer of the design.
✦ The price labeled for the adopt is what I must receive in order to finish the exchange.
◦ Anything that may affect the amount of payment I receive must be sorted out by you, beforehand.
◦ I only accept USD($) as payment and don't have the tools to convert currency.
◦ If I'm accepting DeviantART points as payment, 100 points = $1.
✦ If you go inactive without warning, I reserve the right to sell to someone else who can pay immediately.
✦ Due to issues with my PayPal, I have to recieve payments through a trusted friend's PayPal.
◦ They work, and there may be a waiting period before they can confirm your payment.
(Usually, they respond within the hour, and I will put the adopt on hold for you during this time.)
✦ Please be sure to check off "No Address Needed" before sending.
✦ I will not refund for adopts. No exceptions.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

✦ It's required to credit me (by link or tag/mention) the first time my designs are used per site.
◦ You can find all my active social media here, or at the links in my bio.
✦ You can resell, trade, or gift my designs.
◦ Do not resell my designs for more than you paid me, unless it has added artwork.
◦ Gift/Trade art doesn't count, and neither do free base color-in's.
✦ You can change the design as much as you'd like.
◦ It's required to credit me for the original design.
✦ If you re-design or edit one of my designs, you are not permitted to re-sell the "original" design.
◦ It is your own individual choice to change the design, and the "original" is not a separate design. They are a package and can only be re-sold together.
✦ Never sell/profit off an adopt you didn't pay money or points for.
◦ If you obtain a design directly from me by any other way than USD($) or DeviantART points, the design cannot be sold without added art, and will hold no value by itself. The only exception to this is character-for-character trading.
✦ Do not make your own T.O.S for a character to combat mine.
✦ Never sell/trade/gift my designs to anyone on my blacklist.
✦ Do not remove/cover my signature or edit my work.
