VELQUINN
"Which string should I pull next?"
Velquinn is a [high functioning emissary] Myren demon in Lamentia who holds contracts with humans to perform voodoo and other acts in return for something important.
He was an ex travelling circus member of the human world.
PERSONALITY
Quinn is a very manipulative person capable of carrying out cunning acts. Because he can change many aspects of a person's life and control them, he has acquired a habit to pull unneccesary strings in a person's life and witness havocs unfold. Apathy can frequently be seen from him.
He can be very cold, and most often sarcastic. He laughs to things people would often not find funny, and thus he can find people thinking he's dislikable.
He loves being relied on, but hates relying on other people. Thus, he enjoys getting requests from the humans and being relied on by his sister. But perhaps he enjoys taking on responsibilities just to mess things up later on.
Due to being prejudiced in his past life, he most often is unable to forgive other people. If a person misunderstands him for something he did not do, he finds it bothersome to explain his side of the story. All of this is probably a result of his incident with the circus controversy in his past memory.

Through his left eye, he is able to control, move, and see through the eyes of his own puppets.
Voodoo(body) Manipulation
He is able to manipulate bodies and take control of the person he was requested to perform voodoo on. However, he can not control the state of mind of that person.
Card Swap(wip)
Through the use of his tarot cards, he can change the tarot cards of a person at will, and the chances of misfortune happening to that person will increase.
Soul Reaping
He can absorb the soul of the person within voodoo control, if the contracted person allowed the death or assasination of the target.
PAST
Quinn used to be a member of a travelling circus, and was in charge of reading tarot cards, and performing puppetry(marionette). He initally started doing such business to earn money for him and his sister. He enjoyed participating in the circus acts with his fellow members, and the circus act earned a name in the city for it's professional performances. Until one day.
Because of a mass outbreak of the black market and body deformation increasing in the circus act, he and his other members were suspected to also be related to such things, and so he was forced to be a runaway for quite some time.
Due to his environment of living in slums for a long period of time, he was influenced by the depravity of his surroundings and desperation for money and food, and thus succumbed to learning (x), which was largely spreaded in the black market at that time. He felt that he had betrayed his morality and his past circus members, but at the same time thought that it was the only option to live. Unfortunately, that was the start of his decay.
He later joined a illegal business related to assasination, and used his newly taught (x) to fulfill requests by people.
But of course, he has garnered hatred from people whose family members and lovers were killed, and thus met his demise when a riot attacked him on his way back home.
His immense wrath for human kind and his past, along with his regret manifested him into a spirit of a Myren, belonging in the world of Lamentia.
As with all remnants, he was sorted by Carcass. He was titled with a high rank due to his record of high decacadence. He was also diagnosed as High Functioning, capable of carrying out cunning plans and analyzing things with rationality as opposed to Borderline.
CURRENT
He now resides in the dimension of Lamentia.
As he is one of the High tiers, he has a close relation to Carcass.
RELATIONSHIPS
Unnamed Sister(wip)
Despite his cold demeanor and personality, he has a good relationship with his sister who he works together with under Carcass. She is one of the only few who he can symphatize with.
