Fizzy

Fizzy is a very unique lovedart, he is not neutral, but rather a mix of positive and negative. (Mostly positive, though.)

He has a hard time making up his mind about things, and often gets so confused he'll get frustrated and need to sit in the corner to cool down. (Shows a lot of signs of being bipolar)
he has a hard time standing without wobbling or moving around a lot, and his eyes are constantly darting around as his vision is pretty bad (He probably needs glasses, but has never bothered to get them checked.)

Though he is generally really upbeat and happy, he can very easily become irritated, angry, and violent.
