This guy is a rare sight. The colder it is, the more you will see of him. However, you will only be able to catch a sight of him near the water. These are the one, and only places he will be.
Folks are unsure of where he lives, or if he even lives on the ground. There is little known of him and his corruption. Some say he was unable to among himself with the akriris, and isolated himself in the water. Others have a perspective that he fell in love with the water.

He will gladly stop for a talk for those folks who dare. However, be careful of what you say.
