Personality: To put it mildly, Jasper is a Floricap-pleaser: he just really likes it when the Floricaps around him are happy! This has gotten him into-- a lot of hot water in the past, especially as it relates to relationships. He has a hard time standing up for himself and his ideals, and would prefer to just coast along and find out what makes other Floricaps happy, and do that. He is a jokester, loving a good (bad) pun, and always ready to listen to a friend in need! He just- wishes he had a friend when he was in need, too.

Backstory: Jasper was born and raised in a relatively large Garden, composed of several families of Floricaps. He was content with this, though, as he never really wanted to stand out. He grew up and was taught the customs, made friends, fell in love, all the normal things Floricaps do!
Unfortunately, life only stays stagnant for so long-- his partner was soon convicted of several crimes (each of which were true) and Jasper became uncomfortable with his partner and they shortly broke up. So, he fell in love again, with another Floricap!! And-- unfortunately, his second partner left him only a few months after they got to know each other to go on some kind of 'quest' which she never returned from.
Now freshly single again, Jasper began feeling uncomfortable in his current surroundings: it hurt him a bit that it felt like the world was simply, moving on without him. So, for once in his life, he decided to do something about it.
He decided to go on a quest for a new home!
At first, it was tough- being a lone Floricap was quite hard on him and his I-can-do-anything-you-are-doing attitude. But, he got used to it after a while, and did indeed find a new Garden: the Garden of Merrysville! The leader seemed to be pretty kindly, so he decided to join!!
Nothing can go wrong from here!! Right?
