Xenophon's first (and best) friend; Neph found him on the first day he came to Earth, and convinced the higher-ups to let him stay there for the purpose of research. He's a workaholic that pushes himself too hard. Comes off as standoffish and selfish to those who don't know him well, but likes to be positive whenever he can.
Neph has a bad habit of needlessly overspending and going overboard for Xenophon. The only reason why Dai and Ryuunosuke are allowed to know about aliens is because Xenophon asked Neph not to erase their memories.
