Milo

Fletcher is a shifter that can switch between a human and cat form. He uses his cat form to charm people into "adopting a stray cat" and taking him in. He turns back into a person at night and steals food from the fridge and keeps this up night after night until he gets bored or caught.

Though he doesn't always wear it (because a cat with a cape attracts attention) he keeps his cape close by because it transforms with him, allowing him to keep his clothes on when he's a person

His "original" form is human , and he's much more comfortable in his human body.

He really likes being stroked in his cat form, but if you pet him in his human form he'd be uncomfortable
