Born into a life of relative normalcy, Neo found himself enamoured by computers and machinery from a young age, and he was able to build complex machines simply by looking a blueprint from the age of 11. This extended to being able to write complex code by 13. Some think he is a savant, though this intelligence is countered by social skills that are lacking, at best. His digital counterpart, Neon_Kitsune, is a brash and bold hacker, who happily dons a Kitsune mask adorned with neon lights in order to take his fights to the real world.⇀ Stats

- Computers. Those complex little machines are a constant source of fascination for a hacker like Neon.
- Ramen. While he prefers the proper, restaurant-quality stuff, Neo has a penchant for eating instant ramen at least four times a week.
- Hoodies. Being cold-blooded, warm clothes are always a welcome thing to Neo.
Dislikes
- Spaghetti-code. As somebody who practically codes for a living, nothing is more infuriating than amateurish script-kiddy level stuff.
- Snow. Cold temperatures means he has to wear thicker clothes, and they are NOT easy to move about in.
- Candy. He feels like a child whenever he is eating it.

- There is a loop sewn into the back of most of his hoodies, allowing for a small rod to be fastened in place. This rod allows him to convert his sneakers-type EX-gear into a bike-type at will.

- Neon has access to a small camera, which is able to ‘blueprint’ objects that he can see. In essence, he is able to copy the behaviours of different things around him, projecting them as a hologram.
- Neo learned kickboxing from a young age, and also knows a basic amount of traditional Jiu-Jitsu, meaning even without his gadgets, he still poses a threat.
⇀ Strengths
- Adaptable. Has an incredibly adaptable power to copy most conventional weapons and some unconventional ones, too.
- Able to hold his own in a fight without gadgets, thanks to some professional training.
- Dexterous. Working with machinery, especially machines that could lead to fatal injury if one was to make a mistake taught Neo to be nimble and dexterous, especially with his hands.

- Cocky. The anonymity that comes with being a vigilante means he often sees himself as invincible.
- Rude. As with all teenagers, he is sarcastic and impolite, leading to situations with comrades that can often be avoided.
- Batteries. His tech can only last so long, due to a limited battery supply, though this is mitigated somewhat by emergency solar panels on the devices.
