Nekaaw

"Compensation!"
A quick character for a one-off campaign that actually ended up being really fun to play as. Colors and design based on Archen from Pokemon.

• Nekaaw fell out of the nest as a baby and bumped his head, which stunted his growth (and his speech). 
• He stands only 2.5 feet (71 cm) tall, has excessively disheveled plumage, and can become a raging ball of feathers and talons at a moment's notice. 
• He can fly, though due to his unusual upbringing making him comfortable with the ground, he prefers walking, riding on shoulders, or being carried.
• He love praise, positive attention, and pats on the head. 
• He may pretend to be just a simple bird around strangers, allowing him to eavesdrop or get out of duties. 
• Nekaaw has a short attention span and will sometimes drift into unintelligible birdspeak if allowed to talk for too long. 
• He can be coerced through offerings of food.
• He can be angered or offended very easily and will start a fight with ANYONE, even if they're 20 times his size (which is likely, because he's tiny).
• Nekaaw doesn't care much for possessions or lugging around supplies that make flying and fighting difficult - he prefers to get what he needs when he needs it.
