You're free to do whatever you like with em, and are free to change the design in any way, (if it's a medium / major change feel free to credit yourself or the designer commissioned as a designer for the design)
Can be gifted and traded
Can only be sold after the character has received commissioned artworks (for the value of said commissioned artworks)
