Ebi has no physical gender.

Ebi has no eyes, they rely on echolocation, smell and feel to get around and find food.
They'll store food under their nori wings and scarf by attaching it to the sticky rice for safekeeping.
Despite having the tail of a shrimp Ebi is a poor swimmer. They'll stick to paddling around in shallow ponds and rivers.
