Tera Viscera

Tera-Viscera: A humanoid figure with a visceral, TV-like head. Said head is made of sinew, muscle, and skin twisted and stretched around a screen-like, square lense that shows the memories of those consumed.

Tera is a being that was once human, created by demi-gods fooling around with a dying human body. The beings pulled apart and re-mashed together the body much like putty. Tera's soul was injured in the process and thus caused the soul to begin leaking energy.
