Background: Poppy is one half of a time-seeing brother-sister duo in Announcer's sideshow. When she touches someone, she can see their future. (Her powers work differently than her brother's: she can see multiple potential futures of any animal she touches, which differ depending on what actions the animal takes at key points in their life.) She works in the sideshow as a fortuneteller of sorts with her brother Barnes, who can see into anyone's past, from 1906 to 1913.
It is believed that Poppy and Barnes got their ability to see through time from their mother, who was gifted similar powers by Horatia, the god of time. The twins ended up splitting the power, but when they hold hands and both touch the same animal, they can both see the animal's past and future.
Physical description: A dark reddish-brown bat with an odd pink hair tuft and red eyes. She wears a black top made specifically for bats (which goes over the head and is secured by a belt or sash around the waist), black pants, and a red scarf. She sometimes wears a large black-and-red poncho in the colder seasons to keep her wings warm. When she uses her time-seeing powers, her eyes take on the appearance of a standard analog clock (without the numbers), and the clock hands appear to turn clockwise (going forwards in time).
