Now, instead of risking being led astray again, this fallen angel hunts down those whose victims she sees and enacts her.. unique brand of justice upon them. Despite her coldness, she's got an oddly compassionate side, and is willing to spare lives if she deems them worthy of living.
Has bone wings that burst from her back sometimes; the base of these wings is usually pretty itchy before they appear, so she likes getting them scratched by anyone willing. She used to have trouble controlling them, but now they're practically just extra limbs/weapons to manipulate. Usually kills with them by impaling others with the pointy ends, efficiently and easily; a quick death is the only mercy she grants.
Sure, she may be a murderer, but at least she smiles more often!
Specific design notes:
-No eye shine
-Hazel eyes, but if that doesn't work then yellow or orange eyes work too
