Toaris is dragon in disguise. He's a pilot and mechanic. His friend is helping him hide his identity. Toaris is working away from people but when he needs he's using heavy makeup, contacts and clothing to cover all of his weird features. He loves to fly, so he's asking his friend to take him up in the sky via plane and let him out to fly around. He's a very charming creature and others easily bond with him.
