Ciel

Ciel is a young Space Doggo™️️ that works for a Planetary Ring Delivery company called PD Delivery. Though he is only 18, he was promoted to be the captain of a delivery ship. He was promoted mostly because of his third eye. It is closed most of the time, but when open, he can see in 360°, and he also has completely clear vision during faster than light travel. Powers like this are rare in his parsect of space, and scholars believe that his powers will expand as he gets older. 

Ciel hates that people seem to think he's special only because of his third eye, so he overstudies and pushes himself too hard to try to make people see his earned merits. However, despite all his extra effort, he only seems average at his job. 

His first job as commander consists of him finding a small crew and delivering rings to the Planet Dinh.
